Stock permitting, all orders are dispatched the same day that the order is placed between Monday – Friday, before 12pm GMT (excluding UK bank and public holidays). If for any reason an item is out of stock, our Customer Service Team will contact you as soon as possible.

Please bear in mind that as of 1st January 2021, those in EU countries, like other international customers, will also be subject to import duties and taxes.


Import Taxes and Duties

Some countries charge a tax and/or duty fee on the import of goods. Unlike many international shops, our checkout will show you what taxes & duties you will be due to pay and to pre-pay them on our website. This speeds up the delivery process and often results in a lower overall fee than if you are charged later (at the point of import). If no taxes & duties are displayed at checkout then we guarantee that you will not be required to pay anything at the point of delivery.

If you refuse to accept delivery and we have to have the goods returned to us you will have to pay the courier and any duty costs out of any refund we make to you.

In the event of replacements or exchanges being sent to non-domestic countries no duty is normally charged.

We're open as usual and shipping worldwide! Our online store is open for everyone and we are shipping orders working closely with the local DHL partners to make this happen*

*Sadly direct Russia deliveries are excluded, but please get in contact if we can send to a neighbouring country/friend.

Can I expect any delays in orders you’re shipping?

At the moment there is no delays from our side and we continue to offer express shipping.

Please consider the shipping address you provide – you should provide an address that will be attended during normal business hours as you will need to sign for your package. Pepa & Co cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit as a result of authorising the courier service to leave your parcel unattended should nobody be at the delivery address to sign for it.

Love and care goes into every Pepa & Co garment, however, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your item. If 28 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including tags and plastic, and garments must not be washed or worn.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Pepa & Co is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended that you include tracking and insurance for your protection. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

For international customers, including customers in EU countries, who are looking to return our products, please make sure to complete your customs return form with the following description "British return goods" on the outside of your package. Our depot services won't take parcels charged by customs Duty or import VAT, and consequently your package will be sent back to you. Pepa & Co are not liable for any customs or import charges that may be incurred for international customers return goods.

NB. From 1st January 2021, all customers returning goods from outside the United Kingdom, including those within EU countries, must state BRITISH RETURNS GOODS and complete customs returns forms.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


If you wish to exchange and item for a different size, please send us an email at notifying us of your exchange, fill in your returns form with the needed information, then ship the item back to us. Once we have received your return, we will then ship the new item out to you for free. 

Celebration Collection   
Our Celebration collection is handmade in Spain, and is not refundable. However, you are able to exchange for a different size of the same item if needed.

Bespoke Garments   
Our Bespoke garments are handmade in Spain and bespoke, made using specific measurements for your child, and are therefore not refundable or exchangeable.

Please note: each item is unique and handmade using vintage material such as lace and fabrics, therefore each piece will be unique with some variations that do not affect the overall design, style or look as shown on the picture.
