If you have a degree in Marketing/PR, 3-5 years experience in a Marketing/Brand management role within the luxury fashion industry, and have experience in developing and executing marketing plans, writing marketing briefs and other strategic marketing documents, then this could be the role for you!

Social Media & Content Executive

We are looking for an imaginative, passionate content writer who lives and breathes social media & understands the luxury fashion world....who wants to join Pepa & Co at exciting time in its expansion plans!

Working with our Marketing Manager to develop a global social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement and achieve strong sales returns.

If you have a 1-2 years’ experience within the e-commerce space and a genuine passion and understanding of the luxury fashion industry and be prepared to roll you sleeves up this could be the role for you!

Assistant Buyer

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Assistant Buyer to assist the Head Buyer & Product Developer in maintaining the critical path alongside the close management of multiple supplier and manufacturers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn how a luxury buying department operates, exposing you to the full buying life cycle, offering a strong foundation for a career in luxury fashion buying.

If you have a 2-3 years experience, have a fashion related degree, have strong attention to detail & analytical skills, motivated and like to work hard in a fast paced environment, then this could be the role for you.  Spanish speaking also would be a massive positive.

Store Manager 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager for our boutique store in Belgravia. This outgoing person should thrive on responsibility, be hard-working, presentable, positive and be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills. 

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, have worked in a luxury fashion store & have a passion for high end fashion (ideally children’s fashion).  You will be responsible for a Store Assistant, and weekend staff, ensuring store is beautifully looked after to give our customers the best shopping experience!  You will also assist in the online side of the business, when required.

The team is small but growing fast, so this is a great time for anyone to wanting to make a difference in a small business, and progress in their career & experience in a dynamic fast environment.
