We are looking for a confident, energetic, Customer Service expert to join our friendly and talented team at Pepa and Co.  Focusing on our Ecommerce customers, you will oversee our customer service experience, bringing joy and happiness to all of our customers, both big and small.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to take their customer-focused career to the next level.  It is a stand-alone position in a rapidly expanding luxury fashion brand, we need someone with experience and ideas who will, in time, take responsibility for and grow our customer service function.

You must have a genuine passion for the fashion/retail industry and be prepared to roll your sleeves up, multitask and keep calm under pressure.  We are still a small (but mighty) business.

You will need a minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service role and a genuine interest in the fashion/retail industry.
